I storstäderna i Sverige har bostadspolitiken kollapsat, mer eller mindre. Sverigs bostadpoliktik tas ofta upp utomland som exempel på hur ofria marknader blir distorderade och fungerar dåligt.

Centralbanken har gjort det görbilligt att låna pengar och drivit upp bostadspriserna till sjuka höjder, pga av bostadsbrist, stor invandring etc. Det har varit så här i decennier. Dålig politik, inkompetens har reglerat sönder vissa marknader inom Sverige. Tyvärr blir ett samhälle inte bättre än dess invånares kompetens, och i Sverige tycks dumheten växa.
Dumhet är inte nödvändigtvis ett tecken på låg intelligens, utan mer som: en ovetande tendens till självförstörelse.
Skulle tro att det är för att människor inte förstår hur det komplexa systemet fungerar (vilket inte är lätt). Människor ser inte vilka som gynnas och missgynnas, gör felaktiga slutsatser etc. Hur det än är så krävs det vettig input och dessutom möjlighet att filtrera faktisk kunskap gentemot åsikter. Det kräver tid.
Anledningen till all svarta jobb, svart uthyrningar/övertagande i Sverige har att göra med att systemet som det är utformat idag inte fungerar.
De flesta privata personer kan inte betala alla de avgifter som staten vill lägga på arbeten och andra saker. Därför inför ofta politikerna diverse bidrag som incitament för att gemene svensk inte skall köpa svarta tjänster. ROT och RUT är ett sådant exempel. Problemlösningen består ofta av mer regleringar eller någon form av bidrag eller avdrag. Lösningarna bygger ofta på dumhet som grund.
Fungerar inte marknader, bostadsköer mm, så kommer det finnas svarta alternativ.
Sverige har en gigantisk offentlig sektor som sysselsätter många människor som får sin lön via att andra människor pumpas på skattemedel. Politikernas lösningar består mest av beskattningar (stjäla via tvång) och lagar och eftersom människor ser den bristande moralen hos de styrande och inte gillar plundring så har Sverige blivit ett kallt samhälle..
Politiker ska bara se till att inte pilla sönder för mycket på en gång, nu diskuteras även lättnader för IT tjänster. Jag ser det bara som att man är på go väg att pilla sönder för mycket med alla de skattar/avgifter man lägger på vanligt arbetande folk.
Tyvärr ser jag ingen ändring utifrån de inkompetenta tuppar och höns som nu leder landet, de är dessutom bakbundna genom den s.k. Decemberöverkommelsen. Ingen förbättring kommer att ske, människorna som röstat dit nötterna tycks inte heller ha förstånd att förstå hur orsak och verkan fungerar.
Bygg nytt!! Så länge bostadsbristen råder kommer svarta affärer att finnas. Oundvikligt.
Men det finns inte incitament för det, det är för krångligt, marknaden är sönderreglerad av byråkrater. Och tänk vad som skulle ske med de skyhöga bostadspriserna i så fall? Politikernas bostädsvärde skulle gå ner.
Tips: inget som gillas av banker, bolåneinnehavare, bostadsägare, byggbolag, reavinstskatteindrivare etc.?
Naturligtvis är det våra naiva myndigheter och politiker som bär skulden,,, och framförallt människorna som inte förstår att det finns bättre sätt...
Indoktrineringen är stor.... tyvärr. Men det finns ändå hopp, för det finns människor som inte representerar dumhet. Stefan Molyneux är en sådan. All respekt. Dissar du honom i början förstår du inte... Försök hitta en bättre grund att stå på. Jag har också tillhört det dumma, men det går att hitta vägar ut.
Tillsammans strider för ett bättre samhälle som inte bygger på våld..

Det finns såklart stora fördelar av att inte medverka i krig. Sverige klarade sig att hålla sig utanför både första- och andra världskriget t.ex. Vi kunde dra nytta av inte bara att spara våra liv, vi kunde även nyttja vår intakta infrastruktur för att producera och sälja prylar till andra mer sönderbombade länder och på så sätt skapa välstånd. Fördelarna av att inte vara med krig är enorma. Även Schweiz har lyckas hålla utanför krig länge och ligger bra till. Men sedan -50 talet har människorna här i Sverige låtit staten och välfärdssystemen växa och nu känner vi verkligen av problemen som folk röstat fram..
I Molyneux presentation nedan syns helt klart nergången som skett här i Sverige på grund av att staten och offentliga sektorn växt och växt. De privata skulderna i Sverige och Danmark är också enorma, något som Stefan missar kan jag tycka. Många människor har valt att ta ut ett förskott på sin framtid genom att belåna sig för att njuta här och nu och arbeta av lånen senare.. Vilket inte gör att framtiden ser speciellt ljus ut för Sverige framöver. Bostadsmarknaden är ju som bekant sönder reglerad, och bostäderna är prismässigt i en bubbla..

Kvinnor behöver inte män längre, eller? Kvinnor har gjort sig oberoende av oss.Det finns spermabanker som kvinnor kan gå till. Det finns maskiner som kan göra det hårda fysiska arbetet. Det mesta ingenjörsarbetet är gjort?
Och de arbeten såsom innovativa privata företag där det flesta män arbetar beskattas hårt för att distribueras vidare till kvinnorna inom den offentliga sektorn.
Och ändå verkar det inte vara tillräckligt bra, kvinnors jakt efter mer resurser tycks ligger i deras gener.
Nog känner sig mannen vilse allt. Vi behövs inte lika mycket längre. Mannen har ständigt klivit tillbaka för att ge mer plats åt kvinnorna. Ja, det är kvinnorna som styr numera.

Idag, just så som samhället ser ut just nu behöver en kvinna som klarar sig själv en man lika mycket som en fisk behöver en cykel. Det går utmärkt att klara sig själv (även om det kanske inte är lika roligt?).
Nu gnäller en och annan tjej på att männen inte är maskulina heller. Nej, för det feminima och det maskulina försöker feministerna sudda ut allt mer. Det är ju ingen skillnad på oss eller hur? *ironi*
Socialisterna har lyckats kapat feministrörelsen. Och målet har att varit att utradera ”sociala konstruktioner” som det så fint kallats. Ett försök att ta bort det faktiska skillnader som faktiskt finns. Men kanske har man inte riktigt förstått detta än.. Numera finns det även kurser i genus, feminism mm. Allt genomförbart genom att tvinga andra betala skatt.
Det flesta människor verkar numera inte använda sin hjärna till kritiskt tänkande, utan de flesta följer bara indoktrinering från skolväsendet (också skattesedeln) ungefär som en fisk som följer med strömmen. Men någonstans inom oss känner nog många ett missnöje. Det var kanske inte så bra ändå med den här utplattningen av skillnader? Hmm.. (som vi ju ändå faktisk biologiskt har!) Genkonstruktioner som evotionen utvecklat under hundratusentals år.
Inget är slaget i sten.
Allt det här kan ändras på. Idag klingar politisk korrekthet fint i politikerna (läs nollornas) ögon, men nya trender kommer att komma. Politisk korrekthet, PK är bara ompackade ideologier, såsom kulturell Marxism. Och om männen tröttnar på att bli klampade på, och helt inte tycker att de får ut något av att vara kvinnorna till lags, lär saker ändras. Även om det kommer finnas en och annan som vill spela vit riddare då det ligger i generna förstås. Hur det än är, om maskinernas olja skulle ta slut och ingen vettig teknik skulle ersätta behövs mer muskelstyrka igen.
Skulle vi lägga ner socialistsamhället och inte tvinga folk att betala skatt med hot om våld så försvinner det som det flesta ensamstående mammor lever på. Omfördelning via skattesedeln. Då behövs mannen igen.Mannen behövs idag också, barnen behöver en far, men det tar vissa inte hänsyn till och än mer förvirrade människor entrar den här världen
Det har också bildas motrörelser till feminismen. Ingen orsak utan verkan som det brukar heta. Samhället splittras alltmer. Individualismen ökar. Familjen och alla dess positiva sidor verkar hos femisterna som bortglömda. Allt fler män börjar inse att kvinnor inte har så mycket att erbjuda män längre, ja förutom vaginan dådå. Män tröttnar på tjatat, gnaget. Män som tröttnat på förvirrade kvinnor som inte är feminina längre, överviktiga, oattraktiva tjejer som försöker bete sig som män. Det verkar som det är alltfler män som väljer att gå för sig själva. MGTOW är en sådan rörelse som växt upp gentemot Feminism, uttalas Migtow och står för Men/Man Going Their Own Way. På nätet får jag ett intryck att det är jättemånga som hör till denna rörelse, men jag vet inte om det verkligen stämmer. Män som hoppat av "kvinnotåget" i väntan på att saker förbättras.
Det står för självägande och säger att bara du har rätt att bestämma vad dina mål i livet borde vara, ingen annan. Män som tröttnat på att bli trampade på av kvinnor. Som lägger ner att lägga massa tid och resurser på tjejer för att bara få doppa penisen då och då. Som inte låter sig falla pladask för begären och stundens lust.
Det säger också att som en man kommer dom inte ge upp sin vilja för de sociala förväntningar som kvinnor och samhället har, eftersom båda har blivit fientliga mot manlighet.
Tycker den här tjejen har många bra punkter, verkar oerhört intelligent, feminin. Respekt, tänk om man kunde hitta en sådan.. Jag vet, känns omöjligt här i feminism Sverige som är förvirrat som få..

Det här en blogg där jag kommer berätta lite om mina tankar om livet. Allt från ekonomi, vad jag gillar, frihet, enkelhet, politik. Mitt ursprung är svensk och jag bor i Sverige just nu,. Jag håller i någon mån på och downsizar för att på sikt kunna följa mitt hjärta mer.
Jag tror tyvärr inte på den politik som förs i Sverige, och en liten förhoppning jag har är att denna blogg på något sätt ska hitta likasinnade som kan ge tips på länder med bättre potential. Tyvärr ser jag att samma dåliga politik drivs på många andra ställen i världen, dumheten är vida utbredd. Jag ser det som att många är vilse och inte förstår hur saker och ting fungerar.
Min förhoppning med denna blogg är att jag ska förbli anonym och därmed våga skriva sådant som jag inte skulle skriva under mitt riktiga namn. Hur det än är vill jag inte bli stämplad. Ja, det är fegt, men jag är fortfarande beroende av att ha ett lönearbete etc. Priset kan med andra ord vara för högt för att helt stå för det jag tycker under riktigt namn.
